After signing in, guidance was provided on how to navigate Edge, OneDrive/SharePoint, Outlook, and Office apps. It was explained that Edge and OneDrive were synced for convenience, so it was suggested to utilize those tools primarily.

Reset the secondary domain controller's machine password after disabling the Kerberos Key Distribution Center service on the broken DC. Then, changed the DNS servers of both domain controllers to correct a small issue. Finally, forced DFS sync and AD database sync. Then cleared all event logs. Finally, AD replication works everywhere again and domain controller diagnostics report healthy!
