The customer's user account, Ginger, has been identified as the current authentication method for the majority of the printers on the server. To ensure optimum security, we recommend that the printers be configured to use the Copier service account instead.

To resolve the issue, it was necessary to remote into the system and log into the Microsoft Admin Portal. From there, the blocked device was successfully enabled. Additionally, a repair install of Office 365 was run and the email profile was recreated in order to sync to exchange.
