Separately, fixed an issue with printing for another user by simply removing the older local-only printer driver and replacing it with the Printix deployed driver instead.

The EngSpare machine is set up and ready to use.I moved multiple desktops around, reinstalling Windows on 3 machines. This was to fix a security issue on one, a bug on another, and prepare the spare to allow an engineer to use if needed.

Created a Temporary Access Pass for the user to sign in to Windows. Then, assisted in setting up Microsoft Authenticator, changing password, and implementing other security measures. The issue was caused by the users moving the QuickBooks file to Dropbox. This resulted in data integrity issues. As of now, the other QB user is out of the office for about 2 weeks. Once she returns we can move the file to a proper location.
