The issue was that Adobe is now requiring everyone on the VDI server sign in since one person upgraded it to Acrobat Standard (which is something that cannot be restricted to Administrators only). I changed the user's default PDF reader to Chrome and figured out you have to set "Open PDFs in Chrome" rather than "Download PDFs" to prevent PDFs opening as blank in Chrome.

Added the user to the requisite groups for remote working access. Then, assisted the user in logging in to the Twingate ZTNA VPN, followed by an RDP session to the RDS server that hosts QLaw among other apps.

The site-to-site VPN experienced an outage, which generated replication alerts from the domain controller. The issue has been resolved, and the alerts have been cleared from the affected domain controller.

Successfully added the customer to the Twingate Users and Remote Desktop Users groups. Remotely logged into the customer's personal Mac and provided assistance in granting Ninja QuickConnect permissions. Afterward, facilitated the installation of the Microsoft Windows App (formerly Remote Desktop) from the App Store and configured an RDP connection for the customer. Initially, the customer encountered difficulty remembering their password, but we were able to assist them in resolving the issue. Lastly, we enabled the Twingate VPN system extension in MacOS Settings.

To assist with a recent request, the Microsoft Authenticator was reset for the customer who had acquired a new device requiring setup. After this was accomplished, we proceeded to reboot the computer, ultimately removing all extraneous background instances of Twingate. As a result, authentication was completed with ease. It is worth noting that the RDP connection functioned perfectly throughout the process.
