The Microsoft Entra Cloud Sync Provisioning Agent has been successfully implemented, and user provisioning has been initiated. To ensure a seamless user experience, Seamless SSO has been enabled. The number of users was verified with the client during the process.

Upon completion of the tenant deployment process, the Microsoft Defender for Business spam filter was successfully deployed with advanced protections enabled for all users.

The Imported Group Policy Object templates have been updated to match the customer's Microsoft 365 tenant ID. The GPOs have been linked to the cloud-synced user Organizational Unit in Active Directory. These changes are expected to propagate shortly.

The team has followed best practice documentation to establish security baselines. This includes blocking IP addresses from foreign countries and enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using Conditional Access. To further secure our systems, legacy authentication has also been blocked with Conditional Access. Additionally, all app registrations have been disabled to prevent unauthorized access. To support our clients, we have enabled self-service password reset for the entire tenant and ensured that passwords do not expire by default. These measures help to ensure the safety and privacy of our clients' information.

The domain has been successfully verified with Microsoft 365. To prevent impersonation, DKIM, DMARC, and SPF have been set up. Additionally, DNS records have been implemented to future-proof the domain, specifically for MDM purposes.
