Installed a new SSD and Windows 11

Investigated why emails from a legacy domain were no longer going to the user's primary address - it turns out the domain had expired. Closing this ticket for no response for two weeks, but we are happy to assist with setting up a conference call to log in and renew the domain (or the customer can perform this action themselves in GoDaddy).

Installed New Printer Cartridges to several printers and made sure everything connected and printed correctly.

Checked for Malware and installed Avast Antivirus

Tested the motherboard and power supply and replaced 1 stick of ram. 

Purchased New Computer for customer and recovered data from failing drive (Gillware).

Checked for malware and installed antivirus

Offboarding for the customer's account has been completed. The account has been unlicensed as requested, and emails have been forwarded to another user.

A Mesh system has been installed and a computer has been set up.

Assisted with resolving the email problem and conducted a thorough scan of the computer for any detected viruses.
