Reset the password on the computer and installed ink cartridges in the printer.

Checked and removed remote software. 

Replaced the charging port and updated the tablet. 

Installed Wi-Fi Adapter on the desktop, and setup the printer. 

Changed some display settings.

Fixed the network drivers and updated the first tablet. The second tablet has a broken charging port, and it needs to be replaced. 

Updated the laptop and checked the battery health.

The front desk PC has been replaced and all necessary applications have been signed into. Thank you.

Checked for Viruses/Malware as well as cleaning up the computer and removing any remote software.

Scanned for Malware and remote software.

Completed memory/RAM upgrade in the customer's server onsite.

Once again, this is another false positive threat.

Determined this threat was a false positive. No further action is necessary at this time.

The update was successfully uninstalled and then reinstalled.

Repaired the laptop

Cleaned up both the computers and updated them to the latest versions. 

Tried cleaning the printer heads several times, there was a lot of ink in the bottom of the printer. There is a leak in the printer head or nozzles. 

Updated and checked out the computer

Installed a new drive and Windows 11

Updated the computer as well as cleaning it and checking for malware.

The customer manually completed Windows Updates on this machine.

Received and replaced the power supply

The customer has been informed that there has been no account compromise. Instead, a domain very similar in spelling to their actual domain was purchased. It is recommended that the customer sends out an email blast to vendors and customers, requesting them to stay vigilant when checking email addresses. This is important as it seems that our customer is currently being targeted.

The new X-ray machine has been successfully installed and set up.

The Windows updates have been completed manually.
